Our Community
Building Foundations + Creating Connections
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that uses a chair for seated and standing support. Designed for all bodies, especially those with mobility restrictions, chronic conditions, or recovery needs. Chair Yoga offers the benefits of movement, breath, and balance without moving up & down from the floor.
This class invites freedom and confidence in movement, making yoga accessible to all ages and abilities.
Teen Classes
Our Teen Programs are designed to give young people tools for movement, mindfulness, and self-regulation in a fun and empowering environment. Offered through CISD Off-Campus PE or community pop-ups, these classes help teens connect to their bodies, build confidence, and manage stress in a healthy, supportive way.
Each class offers age-appropriate practices that nurture both strength and self-awareness.

Foundation Classes
Our Foundation Classes are perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking to refine the basics. These classes emphasize safe alignment, breath awareness, and foundational movement at a supportive, accessible pace.
Whether you’re new to the mat or revisiting fundamentals, this is where lasting practice begins.
Charity Donation Based
Each month, we host a donation-based class to support a non-profit or foundation chosen by our community. These classes are a celebration of generosity and togetherness, 100% of proceeds go directly to the featured organization.
It’s a meaningful way to connect, give back, and create collective impact through mindful movement.
Harmony Book Club
Our Book Club is a gathering space for connection, curiosity, and meaningful conversation off the mat. Meeting quarterly, we explore thought-provoking titles that inspire personal growth, empathy, and shared dialogue.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve read the whole book or just want to join in the discussion. Come as you are, it’s not about the pages, it’s about the people.
