Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a Hatha-based dynamic, creative practice where movement is linked with the breath in flowing sequences. Each class offers a unique experience, blending strength, flexibility, & balance through a mindful progression of postures. We offer both heated (95-105°F) or non-heated room (74-76°F) Vinyasa at our studio.
This fluid style is designed to challenge the body, sharpen focus, and awaken the inner strength that arises when we move with intention. You will begin by holding and exploring poses for several breaths, allowing time to build awareness & form. From there, you’ll flow through those sequences, linking breath to movement. Expect music, transitions, & thoughtful cueing that honor your body’s intelligence and potential.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy fusion class that blends traditional yoga poses with strength training, cardio, & upbeat music. Practiced in a heated room, this class incorporates weights and dynamic movement to challenge your endurance and leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized.
It’s fitness meets flow, designed to elevate your heart rate, tone your muscles, and keep your spirit lifted. Each class is fast-paced, fun, and full of feel-good intensity.

Hatha
Hatha Yoga offers a steady, purposeful practice rooted in breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Taught at slightly warmer than room temperature (74-78°F), Hatha provides the perfect foundation for developing awareness of body mechanics while building strength & stability from the ground up. In each class, students are guided through postures with intentional focus on alignment and breath work, encouraging a deeper understanding of the body’s natural rhythm. This accessible style supports regulation of the nervous system & creates space for reflection, awareness, & inner calm.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and grounding practice that invites stillness into both the body and mind. This class targets the deep connective tissues of the body ligaments, fascia, and joints through long-held, passive stretches that are typically sustained for 2 to 5 minutes. Practiced in a cool, calm room, Yin encourages a profound inward focus, allowing time to settle, soften, & listen to layers of physical & emotional sensation.
Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin works below the surface of the muscles, gently coaxing greater mobility in the joints while calming the nervous system. It’s a practice of patience, presence, and non-reactivity a chance to slow down, tune in, and reset from the inside out.
