Sabrina Shepard
500 E-RYT, AFAA Group Fitness, NASM CPT, YACEP, Owner
Sabrina began her journey in group fitness as a way to prioritize her health and well-being. A former elementary school teacher, she’s a natural leader who brings warmth and structure to every class. As a lifelong learner, she’s passionate about the educational side of yoga and fitness, especially in teacher training and personal growth. Owning a fitness studio has been a dream realized, and she finds deep joy in working with a supportive team to help others thrive
Ali Sulak
AFAA: Group Certified
Ali has been leading group fitness classes since 2014 and brings her signature energy and encouragement to every session. She’s thrilled to share her passion at Harmony Yoga & Fitness as the instructor for Yoga Sculpt. Outside the studio, Ali enjoys time with her husband Wes and their two sons, reading, cooking, hosting friends, and tending to her growing collection of plants.
Angie Pullin
200 RYT, Yin/Myofascial Release
Angie's classes are meant to guide and connect students on a deeper energetic level using various modalities including somatic movement and breath work. When she's not teaching, her two Huskies and teenage children keep her plenty active! She love building community and enjoy a cup of coffee after class.

Cindy Kim
500 RYT, 200 E-RYT, YACEP
Cindy brings purpose and passion to every class, guiding students through empowering practices that strengthen the body, focus the mind, and uplift the spirit. Teaching since 2016, she believes yoga is for everyone and creates a welcoming space for all. Off the mat, Cindy is a devoted family woman and world traveler, having explored over 40 countries!
Heidi Roberts
AFAA/NASM Group Certified
200 RYT, Pre-Natal
Heidi is a passionate fitness instructor and high-energy mom of three, dedicated to helping others build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Heidi’s classes blend her love for Iyengar yoga, barre, and functional training, creating accessible, low-impact workouts for all fitness levels. Her goal is to inspire others to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle with gratitude and joy.


Kayla Ramirez
200 RYT
Kayla's intention is to open the minds of others to the connection of body, mind and soul by serving the hearts of many with meaningful moments on their mats. Yoga's feeling of acceptance and freedom from within is what sealed the deal for her.
Kim Wong
AFAA/NASM Group Certified
Kim has been a group fitness instructor since 2019. She teaches bootcamp classes while also being a barre instructor. As a certified barre instructor, her personality shines through bringing high energy and empowering vibes to all her Yoga Sculpt and Body Barre® classes. Kim serves as Lead Barre Instructor, loves a good book and excellent shopping.


Kristin Alexander
200 RYT, Trauma-Informed
Kristin is a 200 RYT who completed her training in 2021. With experience in both studio and public school settings, her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where all students can connect through breath, movement, and mindfulness. She offers an alignment-based practice and recently completed a 48-hour trauma-informed training with Warriors at Ease to further support accessibility for all.

Nick Dearman
300 RYT
Nick is a passionate yoga teacher who blends functional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into an energizing practice. His journey took him all the way to India, where he explored the roots of yoga and brought back a deeper appreciation for its transformative power. With his welcoming and down-to-earth teaching style, he inspires students to move with curiosity, build strength, and enjoy the ride.
Rita De Freitas
200 RYT
As a yoga teacher and registered dietitian specializing in functional nutrition, Rita brings together the healing power of movement and the science of nutrition to create a balanced approach to whole-body wellness. This harmonious combination addresses the root causes of health concerns, promoting physical strength, mental clarity, and overall vitality for lasting wellness.


Val Hawthorne
500 RYT
Val began her yoga journey 20+ years ago while working in breast oncology and navigating a challenging career. She now shares her passion for yoga, anatomy/physiology, and community through her classes. As lead yoga teacher at Harmony Yoga & Fitness, Val is dedicated to empowering & growing students, while curating a meaningful practice, always with the perfect playlist.
