What should I bring to class?
- A Yoga Mat - however, if you haven't purchased one yet, we have some for you to borrow
- A Water Bottle - but if you forget, we have bottles available to purchase or a filter water fountain for you to use
- Athletic Clothing - whatever that looks like for you, leggings to yoga pants, we want you to be comfortable
- Layers - especially if taking a heated class, the transition from a heated room, to outside/room temperature can be chilly
Which class is the best for me?
- It all depends on your goals. Review our class offerings here, and if you still have questions, please text or give us a call at (346) 786-2899
When should I sign up and when should I arrive for class?
- In order for our teachers to prepare for class, please sign up no later than 30 minutes before class starts.
- We encourage you to arrive anywhere from 15 mins to 5 mins before class starts. Our teachers start classes right on time.
- However, things happen and you are welcomed to join your registered class up to 5 minutes after it has started.
- After 5 minutes into a class, we are unable to accommodate your entry, as to not disrupt the other students.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be done 6 hours before class starts. Unlimited Monthly Pass guests will be charged $15 for the class spot, and Class Pack students will lose the class credit from their pack.
