Sabrina S., Owner/Instructor
Certified Yoga Instructor, YTT-ERYT 200 and YTT500; Certified Personal Trainer NASM; AFAA Group Fitness
Sabrina began her journey in yoga and group fitness as a way to prioritize her own health and well-being. A former elementary school teacher, she brings a supportive, approachable, yet challenging style to every class while helping students build strength, confidence, and balance through movement.
She is passionate about the physical and mental benefits of a consistent movement practice and believes that breathwork and mindful movement can be powerful tools for managing stress, improving overall health, and enhancing quality of life. As a lifelong learner, Sabrina enjoys exploring the educational side of yoga and fitness and is committed to ongoing personal and professional growth.
Owning Harmony Yoga + Fitness has been a rewarding experience, and she is grateful to work alongside a dedicated team to create a welcoming community where people can improve their health and well-being.

Kristin A., Yoga Team Leader

As our Yoga Team Leader, Kristin brings a nurturing presence, thoughtful instruction, and exceptional client care to every class and interaction.
Her alignment-based teaching style helps students build confidence and body awareness while honoring their individual needs. With experience in both studio and public school settings, Kristin creates a supportive environment where students can manage stress, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves through breath and movement. She has also completed trauma-informed yoga training through Warriors at Ease, further enhancing her ability to provide thoughtful, compassionate instruction for students of all experience levels. In addition to teaching, she mentors our yoga instructors and helps foster the supportive community that defines Harmony Yoga + Fitness.

Kim W., Barre Team Leader
AFAA/NASM Group Fitness Certified, BodyBarre®
Kim has been teaching group fitness since 2019 and enjoys helping clients build strength, confidence, and consistency in their workouts. As a certified barre instructor and our Barre Team Leader, she teaches Yoga Sculpt, Define, and BodyBarre® classes with an encouraging, approachable style. Kim also supports and mentors our barre instructors, helping create a positive experience for both clients and team members. Outside the studio, she enjoys reading a good book and a little retail therapy.

Amy is passionate about helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement. She specializes in classes that blend functional movement with effective strength training, helping students develop the resilience and stability needed for everyday life and long-term wellness.
Amy believes that consistency is one of the most powerful tools for improving health, enhancing quality of life, and supporting longevity. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she has been participating in and leading fitness classes for many years and is committed to continuous learning so she can better serve and inspire others.
In addition to her movement training, Amy holds a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification and enjoys exploring how nutrition can support an active, healthy lifestyle. She loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing practical wellness strategies that help clients feel their best both inside and outside the studio.

Ashlie K.
Certified Yoga Teacher, YTT200
Ashlie began practicing yoga in college as a way to manage stress and anxiety. After being diagnosed with scoliosis in her early twenties, she discovered how deeply yoga could support both physical alignment and emotional balance. Unable to continue high-impact activities like ballet and trail running, she turned fully to her yoga practice and soon felt called to share its benefits with others. Teaching since 2009, Ashlie brings compassion and curiosity to every class, focusing on each student’s unique needs. Her classes invite students to listen to their bodies, release tension, and find calm in both movement and stillness.
When she’s not teaching, Ashlie enjoys ballroom dancing and spending time with her Rottweiler, Otis.

After adulting in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 2 decades, Crystal shifted her path to support wellness in a more holistic and embodied way. Her journey into the movement space began with yoga, where she found a practice that not only strengthened the body but nurtured presence, resilience, and inner connection.
As a certified yoga teacher, Crystal brings a mindful, breath-centered approach to movement. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for autonomy, healing, and self-discovery, offering space to reconnect with yourself on and off the mat.
Passionate about intentional, intuitive movement, Crystal is dedicated to helping you cultivate deeper awareness, honor your body’s wisdom, and build sustainable practices that support your whole well-being.

Her classes combine the precision of Iyengar yoga, the energy of barre, and the practicality of functional training to create workouts that are both effective and accessible for all fitness levels.
Heidi believes that movement is one of the most powerful tools for improving overall health, enhancing quality of life, and supporting longevity. She creates a welcoming environment where students feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered to make consistent progress. Her goal is to inspire others to build healthy habits, move with purpose, and embrace an active lifestyle with gratitude and joy.

Rita is a dynamic yoga teacher and registered dietitian who is passionate about helping others achieve lasting wellness through movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. Known for her strong, creative vinyasa classes, she skillfully blends intelligent sequencing, breath-centered movement, and thoughtful themes to create an engaging and empowering experience for students of all levels.
Drawing from her expertise in functional nutrition, Rita understands that true well-being extends beyond the yoga mat. She believes that movement, nourishment, and self-care work together to support physical strength, mental clarity, and overall vitality. Her goal is to inspire students to build sustainable habits that help them feel stronger, healthier, and more connected in their everyday lives.
