  • What are the benefits of infrared heat?

    Many of our classes use infrared heat to create a hot, sweaty, detoxifying environment that elevates your practice.


    Infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, allowing you to move more efficiently while building strength and flexibility.


    Benefits may include:

    • A deep, cleansing sweat
    • Increased circulation and blood flow
    • Improved flexibility and range of motion
    • Enhanced muscle activation
    • Reduced stiffness and joint tension
    • Mental clarity and stress relief

    Expect to sweat. Expect to work. Expect to feel accomplished.


    If you're new to heated classes, hydrate well before class and take breaks when needed. Always listen to your body. Intensity is encouraged, but awareness comes first.

  • What should I bring to class?

    • Yoga mat (We encourage you to bring your own. We do have a limited number of mats available for new clients to borrow. Mats are also available for purchase at the studio if you’d like your own.
    • Water bottle (We have a water bottle filler in studio. If you forgot your water, we have some for purchase)

  • I’m new to yoga. What class is best for me?

    All of our classes are beginner-friendly. 


    The best class depends on your goals and needs. Our instructors provide options and modifications so you can move at your own pace. You do not need experience to begin. The main physical requirement is to be able to get up and down on the floor.

  • What is the minimum age for participation?

    Clients must be 12 years or older to attend classes.


    Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to participation.

  • What is your late cancellation / no-show policy?

    To respect instructor preparation and limited class spots:


    • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 fee for memberships. Class Pack clients will lose the class credit. 

    This policy allows us to honor waitlists and create a consistent experience for all clients.


  • What if the class is full?

    If a class is full, don’t be afraid to join the waitlist.


    When a spot opens:

    • You will automatically be added to class.
    • You will receive an email confirmation.
    • If you are opted in to transactional texts, you will also receive a text message.

    If your plans change and you no longer intend to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. This helps us offer the spot to another client and keeps the experience fair for everyone.

  • How do I book my classes?

    Our HarmonyYogaTX app is the easiest way to manage your membership and stay connected.


    Inside the app, you can:

    • Book and cancel classes
    • Join waitlists
    • Track your class attendance and milestones
    • Manage memberships and class packs
    • Access your referral code
    • Receive important studio updates

    We highly recommend downloading the app to make scheduling seamless and to stay engaged in your progress.
